By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the terms set out below, which are framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India through our logistics partners. International shipping is not currently available. If your pin code is not serviceable, this will be indicated at checkout before payment is collected.
Order are processed within 2–3 business days of order confirmation and receipt of payment, excluding Sundays, national holidays, inclement weather or special cases.
Order placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is shipped

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or courier delays. NUWOD shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances ( force majeure ), though we will keep you informed and assist in tracking your shipment.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.
We currently offer free shipping on orders above ₹2000.Orders below this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹100 . We offer express shipping for a flat shipping fee of ₹300.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return/replacement is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged item), consistent with our Refund Policy.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You may also track your order by logging into your NUWOD account under "My Orders."
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages/shipments, at no additional cost to you, where the items are sourced from different warehouses or brand partners.
Our courier partners will typically make 2 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after the final attempt due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order will be returned to origin (RTO).
In case of RTO due to customer error (wrong address, unreachable, refusal), NUWOD reserves the right to deduct actual forward and return shipping costs before processing any applicable refund.
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of order placement. NUWOD is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, we recommend recording an unboxing video and refusing acceptance where possible, and notifying us within 24-48 hours of delivery at cs@nuwod.com.
In the rare event a shipment is lost in transit, NUWOD will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and, upon confirmation of loss, offer a replacement or full refund as per our Refund Policy.
Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, address modifications are not possible.
