These Terms are published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

NUWOD operates as a multi-brand D2C sports and performance platform, offering products across categories including cycling, running, fitness, combat sports, and related lifestyle brands (including but not limited to Castelli, Giro, Bell, CamelBak, CEP, Superfeet, Blackburn, UFC, Venum, Gambitt, and Chizld), along with related content.
Product images are for representational purposes; actual products may vary slightly in colour or design due to display/lighting settings.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications without prior notice.
All products are subject to availability.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
NUWOD reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applicable to an order already confirmed and paid for will not change.
In the event of a genuine pricing error (e.g., due to a technical glitch), NUWOD reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, notwithstanding order confirmation, in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policies.
Payments are processed through third-party, RBI-authorised payment gateways. NUWOD does not store your full card or banking credentials.
Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered, is subject to a serviceability check and may carry additional handling charges disclosed at checkout.
Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is deemed accepted only upon our dispatch confirmation, not upon order placement or payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, as detailed in our Cancellation Policy.

Product Warranty Disclaimer
Products sold on NUWOD are subject to the manufacturer's/brand's warranty terms, where applicable, which will be specified on the relevant product page. NUWOD facilitates warranty claims as an authorised distributor/retailer but is not the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
Indian warranty not global
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NUWOD, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the consumer's right to approach the appropriate consumer forum/commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including e-filing via the National Consumer Helpline / e-Daakhil portal), courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation via our Grievance Officer. Failing resolution within 30 days , either party may pursue remedies available under law, including approaching the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or, where mutually agreed, through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Mumbai.
Amendments
NUWOD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Website or registered email. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
